Juanita Gaynor started her event planning career at the  age of 14. She had begun modeling and was frustrated at the delays and the disorganization of the process. So, Juanita decided to take matters into her own hands, telling the organizer, “I can plan this where you can get the most for your money and be on budget and on time.” And the rest is history.

When she was 21-years-old, Juanita founded EABJ Consulting and Event Management, Inc., an Atlanta-based special event and meeting management company. Her goal was to help people visualize their dream events, and then assist them in seeing that event come to fruition. For Juanita, establishing her business was about taking creativity to a new level and challenging the status quo of what an event should be.

Unlike many other event planners, Juanita isn’t here to just plan events. She takes pride in her work and wants her clients to be profitable as well. Juanita effectively works with them in several ways, such as establishing their target markets, creating detailed, strategic plans, showing her clients how to maximize their ROI (return on investment) and giving them the honest truth — because she knows that if her clients don’t succeed, she doesn’t succeed.
